Load LFEZ and go there. it's now a glider-port on a bluff above the city of Nancy but used to be WWI aerodrome.

An airport which doesn't exist at all in FG and X-Plane is Pàpa AB, Hungary home of the NATO SAC. Could someone have a look at it?
Thanks, Mav

genapts850 does not need shapefiles.

can you please find the right square for SVMI on this map:

Hmm.... I'll see.
No, it didn't. However, there ARE several (around 10) new airports, some of which previously did not even exist.

try this :

http://media.lug-marl.de/flightgear/Ter ... 0-SVMI.tgz

use the whole 1 x 1 degree tile or just the
Terrain/w070n10/w067n10/SVMI.btg.gz file.

there are some gaps around the airport. I cannot avoid this.
I used hgtchop and genapts850.
For the rest of the toolchain I'd need shapefiles and a faster PC because ogr-decode takes soooo long.

Sure, that's fine.
I'll keep a copy of the old one as a backup and test :)
Thanks

I'm sorry, dlaser, but you must not have pulled recently, as my latest .dat has edge lights on all taxiways, and your .btg has only the green centerlights, as in the old .dat.
I'll ask Wldbragg... he might be able to help.

@lego
I have the landclasses for Caracas in my local drive (the good ones) since I build this in the past for you.
Let me try to rebuild on my old carcass.

OTOH... your SVMI repo is kind of becoming a dirty mess
(as in you seem to be throwing random files in random locations) :P

(ie, EGAC.dat? what? and the location of you jetways pngs in the root)
Holy lack of dir-organization skills.
