a380 - two questions

1; is there any way to disable all autopilot functions like on a Boeing 747 for example? I'm using Omega's a380 and there are several buttons for several aspects of AP.

2; is there a way to get a programmed route in route manager to be executed by it? I've tried a bunch of buttons and dialogs and read the wiki but can't get it to engage. On longer flights it's obviously essential.... and it's kinda a long-haul plane....

thx

I don't know anything about the A380 FMC. If I have to fly an A380 for British Airways, I'll learn it,but I'm not a fan of the 'nice new' cockpits of the 380, 350, or 787 (or 777X...)

Thanks. I'll check it out. One thing I know for sure is that I won't be typing in a bunch of waypoints on that thing. But if it reads files made in route manager (or other) then I'm fine.
