The following is the file xlow.wav from Gabriel's sound improvements to the 737 compared with the file bbn13 from FSX's default 737-800:

The following is Gabriel's Stall.wav compared with the FSX bastall.wav (stick shaker)

As you can see, all pairs look the same. They also sound exactly the same to my ears. Anyone with a copy of FSX can compare them for themselves and see what I'm saying is true.

Dear FL2070,
I have removed the offending files from the 737-800 on both legoboyvdlp/737-800:gabriel, and FGMEMBERS/737-800:gabriel. Thanks for informing us.

You ought to remove any sounds you took from FSX for your soundpacks too!

None of mine are from FSX. All found online labeled as GPL V2/V3, or recorded myself.

Ok, then you can put them.

As far as I know, I don't take much if any sounds from Microsoft's FSX. If I've made a mistake, please point out the specific files that you think are from FSX.

Just fyi;

if it's possible in that program you can invert the signal of one of the two and play them both back at the same time. If they're 100% identical you will then hear absolutely nothing, and meters should show minus infinity. It's an extremely useful test to clearly see if two files are 100% identical or not.

Even if they're not 100% identical one could still be a derivative of the other of course.

Done that too. They're the same.
