Nellis AFB's ICAO code is KLSV. As i can see in TS this airport is well-developed (dedicated buildings), i don't know if this "billboard" is already modelled too, but without more information i can't do this, starting from the precise location of that thing, i don't find it in google maps.

Billboard is not there in FG and I can't find it either on GMaps.

I've solved a hardware problem on my PC the last days, and today made that KLSV object. Its submitted to TS (pending approbation) but if you need the files write yo me. Hope you like
