For Europe I'd suggest Italy. Nice scenery and lots of airports, many to develop nicely ;) .

To select a country/region in airport/scenery developing in mind, you need to now if there will be sufficient manpower to reach some scenery improvements done.

Any particular area? SE Asia is a great choice but we could be more specific. Maybe 2 or 3 of these countries you want to move forward? Or all area?

I think, they all want to ATC the closed airport that is such a pain to approach?

Lego is gone, I am busy with studies. That means the WED artists are limited to Israel, D-ECHO, d-laser. :(
