Before we get too carried away I seem to recall you not having mumble anymore?

If that's the case, then all bets are off that this will work, especially when I need to communicate by voice what needs to be placed where.

Actually, no, the problem at the USA TOUR was slow internet, always the case around 5PM here.

How about we show up at Ochey, LFSO at 1830z, make doubly sure you've got the terrasynch scenery, otherwise we're going to have big elevation mismatches. Were going to also do a few town buildings for the little hamlet of Ochey.

I've just been in touch with ArgonV of Fighter squadron WWI. He's recently downloaded and installed FlightGear 2016.1, and quite a few of the WWI planes and scenery. And he's really impressed. 8-)

Well, he was impressed earlier, but now he's got it on his machine, and becoming a lot more familiar with some of the weirdness of this open source project. Funny that he managed to get it running under FGRun without any outside help, as it defaults to the stupid Qt5 launcher.

Hopefully we'll see a few more folks from OpenPlaneSim show up for flights. I've been a bit under the weather and other RL things have been taking my time. Depending on how things go, we might have a few operational days this late spring. I'm sort of looking forward to having Jason join us in that I owe a great deal to his SDoE projects.

Yeah, I should be able to join in, right now I'm in the middle of a PM snowstorm of messages from Jason, we're trying to get his install of FG tuned.

He's one of the lucky sods with a dedicated gaming desktop with 4 gigs of video memory, he's been able to crank the ALS setting to eleven.. :lol:
