I could generate your layouts, next week, if you tell me where to find ALL the data needed (see wiki.flightgear.org/Using_Terragear)

Well, all I can say is that they're all in Nevada and are military airports and I forgot to do the exclusion zones (only done the boundary). You can fin them in the last link I've sent.

The problem is, to do a full custom scenery, I'd need landclass data which isn't available since the death of the mapserver, AFAIK
