Navigational Databases (navaids)

Hi All
FG 2016.3 shipped with 3 year old NAVAIDS (from 2013), which can be found in
$FG_ROOT/Navaids/nav.dat.gz
$FG_ROOT/Navaids/fix.dat.gz
The latest navigational database by Xplane is from Sept 27- 2016. It can be found here:
https://gateway.x-plane.com/NOTAMs
http://gateway.x-plane.com/navaids/LatestNavFix.zip
I had pushed updated Navaids into the FGDATA next with submodules.
A few correctives were included, and I tested FG to operate as expected.
