Well, on some days, I get up pretty early, but at other times, I have to keep contact with Europe which means, I am for example on the phone at 3am my time and have to be up and awake at 7am again because someone for example from the East Coast thinks, he needs something right now! So around 10am my time, I am often already the first time done for. Now, to have no regular schedule teaches you how valuable such a schedule is.
