Yesterday I was feeling stressed out, on top of thay I had been up for around thirteen hours at that point.

I go to High school/ College for 6 hours, study for 6 hours, sleep for 8 and boom i have 4 hours to myself :(

Imagine that you are married and have two kids ,like I am,along with a lot of work around the house,pretty much every day...so,my day is something like 7AM all the way to 11...12 PM.... :)

Seven hours long? :shock: It's simply not healthy to sleep for 17 hours a day!!!!!
About the fourteen hours: you get used to it. I'd certainly get up at that time if I had the option.. My parent get up at five and get to bed @ (:30 or s, so that's 16 hours. Sometimes it's 17.

Yeah, I know.
You know, you feel loads better when you get up at 7AM.... when I was younger (like, 3-5 years ago) I slept in till 9 a lot and felt really cranky and tired. When I get up at 7, I'm motivated, full of energy, and well rested. Wierd, right?

The two things that cause yawns are getting into bed late and getting out of bed late.
