More importantly I want to identify the elevation issue seen like in Edinburgh or Denver. I agree that this is the most annoying bug. Are you sure you have DEM data for all areas and did run hgtchop and terrafit for all tiles ? maybe it's a side effect of using different parameters compared to WS 2...
