Israel and I will be having a practice session on Phuket Approach tomorrow (Tuesday) at around 0230z, using OpenTargetGenerator as advertised here: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=960

VATSIM SCT to OpenRadar Converter

I wrote a small script in JavaScript to quickly convert SCT coordinate definitions from VATSIM/IVAO to OpenRadar files. If you prefile the flightplan instead of filing it through squawkbox747, you will show up with the correct aircraft type.

@Jwocky, it seems as if you are only thinking about rain. Imagine what happens when there is a layer of ice on the runway. This largely affects braking distance and steering. A slanted runway would only make this worse. ILS is impossible with a transmitter in the center. The aircraft must be guided ...
